Im not ready

I texted mak this morning n told her that ill be coming today.
Its good to hear that bcoz i miss u, sometimes i cry, mak said.
My heart melted and i was about to cry.
It really touches me to the core and i feel bad since i couldnt always be there for her next to her as much as she needs me.

My sister told me that mak's cancer has spread to her lungs. I never ask to hear this and i wish this was not true.
There might be something wrong somewhere.

I wish mak will stay strong for many years to come.
I wish mak will fight her cancer and survive.
I wish i would still have many years to see, hold, hug and kiss her.

Im scared of losing her.
I cant imagine a life without her.

Oh Allah, please protect, cure and bless my mak.

If u read this, i beg u to pray for my mak,rahmah bt mohd jono.

Interview Questions for Teacher Position

When i was young, i wanted to be a lecturer. But so far i never get that chance and as we know its not that easy to get hired only with your degree. When i got married early and have two kids when i was graduating, i think i wont go for masters degree haha.

My first job was being a teacher at a private school. It was the starting point when i decide to embark career in education field. Without realizing it, i got teaching skills and my passion in teaching blooms. It was challenging for first timer though. Unfortunately, i left that school after one year and after that started tutoring students at tuition centre and home. Ive been trying to stay in education path with a thought that its difficult to change to other fields once u started your teacher journey. Whats more if you are getting older and have many kids, haha!

I attended a few interviews for teacher position and the questions asked were / were something like:

1. How do u see yourself 5 years from now?
2. What can you contribute to the school/students?
3. How fast do u adapt to changes?
4. What are u gonna do if some of your colleagues resist to those changes?
5. What will you do to make sure students have good behavior?
6. Before this u were doing something else, then why are you going into teaching now?
7. What is your expectation from this school?
8. How well is your quran recitation? Most of them were islamic school hehe (some asks to rate yourself, some ask u to recite a few verses)
9. How to educate students who addicted to television/gadgets?

Dont forget to prepare for the mock teaching!

Lets try our best to be a good educator to help and motivate these young generations and contribute something to the ummah.
They will be the future leaders or perhaps our kids' teachers one day.
